New Student Sessions

New Student sessions will be starting on 6 July and 3 August
Morning Sessions will start at 9:15
Afternoon Sessions will start at 1:00
Each session will last between 1 - 11/2 hours in length
Sessions will be limited to 12 participants per sessions (am and pm)
Open to students 13 and above. Under 13 will require clearance from instructor
Students will be required to have a medical clearance form, parental clearance for participation form and Consent and Waiver form.
New Students will be tested at the beginning and also at the end for strength, flexibility, speed and coordination.
